Easy Returns & Exchanges
For your peace of mind I offer a seven day “living with it” period. Buying art online without physically seeing the piece can be intimidating and I want anyone who buys a piece of my art to be completely satisfied and to be able to make this purchase without worry. Once you have received the work you have seven days to live with it to make sure it is the right piece for you.
Original Artwork Return Policy
Please unpack the artwork carefully and retain all the original packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase. From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
I require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after contacting me that you are not satisfied with your purchase and you are returning the artwork.
Steps to take to return the original, undamaged artwork:
1) You have Seven (7) days to contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org about your intent to return the artwork.
2) Three (3) days from the day you contacted me, you need to ship back the artwork. ***Important-Do not ship the artwork before contacting me.*** If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. Please contact me for any information or questions that you have.
3) The artwork needs to be packed and returned to me by reusing the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to me. Please contact me if you need help with packaging and for return shipping details.
4) Once the piece safely reaches me, I will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). ***Damaged art work caused by improper packaging will not be refunded***
What to do if the artwork arrives damaged?
Every precaution is taken to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition and ready to be enjoyed. If in the slight chance that it has become damaged in transit then please contact me within seven (7) days of your art delivery date. E-mail email@example.com to give me the information on your damaged piece.
Important***Save original packaging and take photos of damaged artwork as well as the packaging. Please email these photos to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will be in touch with you as soon as I can to discuss the next steps.
What are your shipping polices?
Shipping within Canada and the United States is easy and I will always use the most cost effective company. I will happily ship overseas so please contact me for details. A tracking number will be provided by email to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Please note that custom, duty or import fees may apply and are not controlled by Sherry Lamb Fine Art.
What company do you ship with?
I ship within North America using primarily UPS and Purolater, however from time to time I will use other couriers depending on order sizes and where it is shipping too. International shipments are accepted. Please contact me if you require an international quote. Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box so please ensure that you provide us with your actual street number address. What is your average turnaround time?
I aim to get your originals packaged and shipped within 3-5 business days.
