Has COVID-19 interrupted your shipping?

As of April 1, production and delivery is still operational from my print partners. They are closely following CDC safety guidelines and are operating with minimal staff. Your order may take a little longer than usual. Once it arrives, please practice smart handling just like you would with any delivery these days. I hope your new artwork brings joy to your home!

My Print Guarantee

I take great pride in my work and want you to be completely happy with your investment in your fine art.  My print guarantee is simple, if for any reason you are unhappy with the production quality of the materials used I will replace or fix it at my cost.  This includes defects such as loose canvas, bubbles, and scratches, fading or warping. Please notify me within seven (7) days of receiving the damaged print so that a new one can be ordered as soon as possible. Please retain all packing and shipping materials until you receive further instructions from me.
My printer uses 100% colour calibrated workflow however due to the huge variety of monitors used to view images I cannot guarantee that the colour and density you view on your monitor will exactly match the final print. With this in mind, I want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact me at sherry@sherrylamb.com to arrange a return.  I must be notified of your intent to return the print within 7 (seven) days of your receiving it.  You are responsible for the packing and shipping of the print back to me and it will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

What is your shipping policy?

Shipping within Canada and the continental United States is easy and automated. I will happily ship overseas and to outside the continental U.S (AK, HI),  but it will be quoted on a case by case basis so please contact me for details.  A tracking number will be provided by email to give you the ability to track your order throughout the shipping process. All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.  Average shipping/delivery time is between 2-5 days (once your finished order leaves our facility).

What company do you ship with?

I ship within North America using primarily UPS, however from time to time I will use other couriers depending on order sizes and where it is shipping.  International shipments are accepted and will be quoted on a case by case basis.  Please contact me if you require an international quote.  Please note that we cannot deliver to a PO Box so please ensure that you provide us with your actual street number address.

What is your turnaround time?

The average turnaround time for printed products is between 5-7 business days and 7-10 business days for acrylic and framed prints however, depending on order volume turnaround time might be a little quicker or longer.  If you require your order by a specific date please contact me to confirm.  From mid-November to Mid-January the production times may also increase due to the holiday season.  Please note shipping time is extra.

Do you include hanging hardware in your canvases and acrylics?

Yes, the hanging hardware included for canvases is a high-grade braided wire fastened to D-rings, ready to hang. The face mount to acrylic comes with a back frame installed for easy hanging.  Simply counter sink 1-3 screws with a large head into you wall making sure they are level. The screw head should sit about ½” out of the wall, and the back frame will then rest on the screw(s). The back frame is intended to hang flush to the wall. If you have older walls or special finishes please take this into consideration before installation.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
For your peace of mind I offer a seven day “living with it” period. Buying art online without physically seeing the piece can be intimidating and I want anyone who buys a piece of my art to be completely satisfied and to be able to make this purchase without worry. Once you have received the work you have seven days to live with it to make sure it is the right piece for you.

Original Artwork Return Policy
Please unpack the artwork carefully and retain all the original packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase. From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. 
I require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after contacting me that you are not satisfied with your purchase and you are returning the artwork. 

Steps to take to return the original, undamaged artwork: 
1) You have Seven (7) days to contact me at sherry@sherrylamb.com about your intent to return the artwork.

2) Three (3) days from the day you contacted me, you need to ship back the artwork. ***Important-Do not ship the artwork before contacting me.*** If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. Please contact me for any information or questions that you have.

3) The artwork needs to be packed and returned to me by reusing the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing similar packaging materials to send the artwork back safely and securely to me. Please contact me if you need help with packaging and for return shipping details.

4) Once the piece safely reaches me, I will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs and international customs fees, if any). ***Damaged art work caused by improper packaging will not be refunded***

 

What to do if the artwork arrives damaged?

Every precaution is taken to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition and ready to be enjoyed. If in the slight chance that it has become damaged in transit then please contact me within seven (7) days of your art delivery date. E-mail sherry@sherrylamb.com to give me the information on your damaged piece.

Important***Save original packaging and take photos of damaged artwork as well as the packaging. Please email these photos to sherry@sherrylamb.com.  I will be in touch with you as soon as I can to discuss the next steps.
